A little over 6 years ago I got a Puppy. The first two weeks we had him it rained every day. Not regular rain, but that cold, ice like rain. Brrrrrrrr. I saw my neighbor with one of these hats and knew I had to have one. It really is something special. You see I love the winter weather but I hate to be cold.
